14/10/2023 - Frame Drum
Sinds dit jaar is Sound Healing op mijn pad gekomen en ben ik mijn hart gaan volgen en mij hierin gaan ontwikkelen. Langzaam breidt mijn instrumentenverzameling zich uit en koester ik deze instrumenten als een deel van mij. Zo heb ik verschillende Tibetaanse Klankschalen, een Sansula, een Koshi Chime en stemvorken. Sinds gisteren heb ik een nieuwe frame drum. Op de video hieronder bespeel ik voor het eerst een frame drum. Deze Frame Drum is een Remo Renaissance, 16 inch.

I am surrendering, flowing and waving. I am laughing, I am crying, I am embracing..I feel so fragile, yet so strong. I fall, I am imperfect, I am human..yet I get up and keep going, step by step. I am water, the earth, the air, the fire.. I am you, you are me, we are all the same, yet so beautifully different. We need connection..to be vulnerable and soft with eachother.. so together we will rise. Rise to the divine, towards God, together. Let's take eachothers hands, let's dance and let's sing. Let's be loud and enjoy the silence. Let's run towards the moon, the stars, the sun. Because..
